Casta Product does not publish prices; engagements are scoped and quoted individually, and any price shown or agreed is set out in the applicable written quote or statement of work.

Consumer information (Czech Republic)

Where the buyer is a consumer, mandatory Czech consumer-protection laws apply. If a consumer purchases services at a distance (e.g., online), the consumer may have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions under applicable law (including that the right may be lost once performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement). Consumers may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, “ČOI”) in accordance with applicable law.
